We have two contractors on site for the duration of the project.

4. What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our staircase installation. This warranty covers the workmanship as well as the products.

5. What warranty is offered on flooring products?

All flooring carries a manufacturers warranty of 25-30 years. The warranty depends on the flooring that is chosen.

6. What deposit amount is required for a staircase and flooring project?

A 50% deposit is required for all staircase projects. For flooring projects, the material is to be paid upfront and the remaining balance (for installation) is to be paid once the project is completed.

7. How can I get a quote for my stairs?

You can get a free online quote here. Please give as much details as possible about your requirements and upload pictures so we can give you an accurate quote. You can also send pictures of finished staircases that relate to the outcome you are trying to achieve for your staircase. 

8. Do you have your own installers or do you sub contract your work?

We subcontract all our installation projects. We only use trusted contractors in the industry.

9. Do you offer staining?

Yes, staining is included in the price of an installation project. We also stain match to a desired colour of your choice. Keep in mind that stain matching is never going to be 100%, however, we can get the match to range between 90 and 95 percent.

10. Do you come out to make templates if we install the staircase?

No, we do not provide a service where we come out to do the template for you. If you are installing the stairs yourself the templates must be made by you.
