A typical project takes 1 week to complete from start to finish. Larger (larger staircases or stairs and flooring) projects need about 2 weeks to be completed from start to finish.

Deposits are not refundable once material has been ordered or processed.

We have two contractors on site for the duration of the project.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our staircase installation. This warranty covers the workmanship as well as the products.

All flooring carries a manufacturers warranty of 25-30 years. The warranty depends on the flooring that is chosen.

A 50% deposit is required for all staircase projects. For flooring projects, the material is to be paid upfront and the remaining balance (for installation) is to be paid once the project is completed.

We subcontract all our installation projects. We only use trusted contractors in the industry.

Yes, staining is included in the price of an installation project. We also stain match to a desired colour of your choice. Keep in mind that stain matching is never going to be 100%, however, we can get the match to range between 90 and 95 percent.

No, we do not provide a service where we come out to do the template for you. If you are installing the stairs yourself the templates must be made by you.
